We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding work behaviors to join our team as a Field Application Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. What will you do?
- Compete in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Build new customer advocates from newly completed sales.
- Assist with customer demonstrations as appropriate.
- Prepare and present technical seminars to existing and potential customers, either as part of the sales process or at organized events.
- Collaborate with research teams to determine their specific needs and provide flawless technical support
- Contribute to the development and improvement of content; include company hosted websites, videos, seminars, applications reports, eLearning material, etc.
- 5+ years of related experience with a master's degree is required or 2+ years of related experience with a PhD is preferred.
- 3+ year hands on LCMS experience.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative LCMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
