Business Management Research Associates (BMRA) is seeking experienced instructors to join our team to deliver leasing classes to federal employees in the Washington, DC area, around the nation or internationally. Our reputation of hard work, integrity, and professionalism has led to key contracts. BMRA is looking to grow its cadre of instructors and employ those who desire to make a difference in the federal leasing world.

Responsibilities
Successfully deliver leasing classes in accordance with instructor guide, student materials, and published course descriptions to audiences of up to 30 students
Present course material in a virtual format or in person to adult learners
Participate in demonstration of Adobe Connect if taught virtually and demonstrate adequate knowledge; engage learners to actively participate in course content to demonstrate mastery of subject matter.
Provide feedback regarding course curriculum.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred.
8 years or more of recent experience in a federal leasing environment; GSA knowledge a plus.
Thorough understanding of the federal and commercial real property leasing environment.
Current knowledge of the commercial leasing market as demonstrated by current, relevant certification from a recognized real property association, e.g., the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute.

A current FAC P/PM Level II or III certification is a plus.
