The intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.
Description
Showroom maintenance, so merchandising skills are a must
Updating contact lists, keeping up with any changes of address/emails or phone numbers
Inventory level maintenance for multiple brands, stock & samples
Assist in planning events
Actively participate (daily) in a wide range of social media activities to include, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram.
Assisting in the preparation for Trade Shows, as well in the set up/ take down of the booth (travel may be required).
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Contribute to website redesign project
Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks
Assist with online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Optimize website and social media
Perform keyword analysis
Perform cost/benefit analysis

Required level of education
Undergraduate major in Business/ Fashion Merchandising
Requirements
Fluent in English
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power point
Familiar and comfortable with Social media postings
Must be personable, easy to work with, and good at taking direction
Solid understanding of youth market
