Direct and oversee Discovery processes, harnessing your skills to gather vital case information efficiently. Forge strong client connections: serve as a vital link with clients, guaranteeing transparent communication, delivering timely updates, and collecting vital details to enhance strategic Case Management. Handle in-person court appearances for cases involving child support, and other family law, utilizing extensive experience to represent clients effectively. Mentor and support junior attorneys, leveraging your knowledge to nurture team growth and success. Qualifications: Active State Bar license with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Family Law practice. Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of managing complex family law cases from start to finish. In-depth knowledge of Family Law Practice and Procedures, enabling expert guidance and representation. A proactive, results-driven approach, paired with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and software to streamline case preparation and representation.
