LSSI is hiring a full-time Intact Family Caseworker that provides the full range of foster care and/or adoption casework services to children and families to maintain children in the family home or achieve permanency in the family of origin, extended family, or a foster/adoptive family.

Essential Functions:
Present cases for staffing and conduct family-child team meetings.
Coordinates and collaborate with other service providers, schools, and health care facilities to promote the child(ren)’s well-being.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work or degree in related human services field.
State licensing/certification as required by the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
Valid Illinois drivers’ license and proof of automobile liability insurance required. Access to transportation for visits and to transport clients to and from appointments.
