MANE is now accepting applications for Fall 2024 in our NYC office:

• To participate in the MANE Internship Program, students must be currently enrolled in college and have completed at least one year of school.
• Complete a short essay within the “Notes” section of your on-line job application conveying your interest in the program.
• Please note: This is generally a 12-week paid Fall internship (end of August through the end of December 2024) where full-time work is the preference.

Who you are:

• Seeking a bachelor’s degree or recent graduate.
• You have a high level of curiosity and ability to critically think about problems and solutions.
• A creative mind that likes to innovate
• You look for something to do instead of being told what is next.
• Highly self-motivated and resourceful
• Some level of proficiency in all MS Office Applications including - Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, as part of our fall intern program, interns will participate in:

• Learning opportunities
• Social connection points with our other interns
• Exposure to MANE leadership.
• Work closely with members of a dynamic marketing team to build upon skills and gain practical experience.
• Daily tasks will vary from providing marketing support and gaining product knowledge to trends tracking

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the everyday scouting out and purchasing of the newest market products
• Entering in new launches and relevant data to Sortly
• Helping to keep Sortly and the fragrance drawers/fridges organized and updated.
• Help to track relevant social media accounts and report on findings and new trends.
• Assist with the creation and setup/breakdown of seasonal trend presentations.
• Assist with coordinating and draming and sending market products to clients and affiliates.
• General internet research on up-and-coming trends and fragrance rationale support
• Other duties in support of company objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Individuals should have completed a minimum of their first semester of college – Marketing concentration.
