Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and oversee daily activities of 5 day porters and 1 maintenance person
  • Interface with all levels of staff including executives on maintaining 140,000 sq ft of office and trading space
  • Ensure the facilities are maintained and cleaned
  • Work with employees to manage daily activity, plan projects, including internal relocations
  • Conduct daily, weekly & monthly site inspections to maintain a high degree of cleanness and good repair to all aspects of the workspace


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8-10 years of related experience
  • Must be able to work with all levels of Staff and Sr. Management to achieve a highly efficient working environment
  • Must possess strong customer service skills
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with others in diverse working groups to achieve common goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and all Cantor Fitzgerald patrons and guests
  • Ability to positively create a welcoming environment for all and maintain a positive attitude at work
  • Ability to address conflict professionally through problem-solving and critical thinking



Salary: $60,000 - $70,000


The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000.The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
