Our partner in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Facilities Specialist to manage maintenance activities across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors and oversee general maintenance of all properties
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Ensure vendors adhere to the scope of work for maintenance and construction projects
  • Respond to building issues outside normal business hours, including emergencies and repairs
  • Assist with changes to workspace and inventory control


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of facility maintenance experience in small to medium-sized office buildings
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with standard tools
  • Ability to interpret facility operation-related documents
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass annual motor vehicle check (MVR)
