Job Description
Assist the team to ensure all campus heating and cooling equipment operates as should,
Perform routine PM’s on equipment.
Assist with repairs to current equipment and new equipment installs.
Complete all work in a timely manner.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Basic Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
1 year minimum HVAC experience required.
Comfortable regularly using computers.
Excellent troubleshooting skills is a plus.

Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday – Friday 2:00pm – 10:00pm On rotating maintenance on-call schedule.. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply. Will train on an earlier shift for an extended amount of time.
