Our client, a Luxury Fashion Brand, is looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator to assist their boutique staff on a temp-to-perm basis in New York City!
Responsibilities:
Develop facilities PowerPoints to be distributed to US boutiques
Handle billing & invoices
Support boutique team with vendor relations management
Utilize SAP & complete integration
Development information onboarding presentations
Act as the Service Channel admin
Support the team with operational facilities tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years experience high-end luxury boutique & facilities operations
Skilled with Excel & SAP
Great organization & communication skills
