Looking for a seasoned Facilities Engineer and Operations Manager interested in performing and managing the maintenance and repair needs, at Hard Rock Stadium, home to the Miami Dolphins and South Florida Motorsports including the Grand Prix.

Responsibilities And Duties:
Perform electrical and HVAC related maintenance
Perform routine maintenance and make repairs as needed
Daily interior & exterior inspections of the facility & surrounding property
Respond promptly/immediately to building maintenance, repair, and cleaning requests, etc.
Maintain & execute preventative maintenance schedule for all building assets
Work with external vendors to provide service and maintenance as needed throughout the calendar year
Schedule preventative maintenance & repairs with all HVAC units, chillers & cooling towers
Work with housekeeping staff to ensure facility is cleaned & maintained daily
Oversee a team of assistant engineers, electricians, and HVAC trained personnel
Track service contracts and annual maintenance schedules
Help manage workplace safety precautions
Monitor the safety & cleanliness of all interior & exterior areas
Qualifications And Skills
Available 24/7 to assist with any stadium related emergencies
Certified electrical skills
HVAC, plumbing & electrical knowledge
Ability to anticipate, prevent & solve problems in a fast-paced setting
Able to work nights, weekends & holidays as needed
Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills to maintain internal and vendor relationships
Tenacious work ethic / someone who likes to stay busy
Strong written & verbal communications skills
Good time management with keen ability to multitask
Must have an understanding and ability to work on computer programs such as UpKeep (preventative maintenance schedule, work orders, assets, vendors), Trane building management system, Excel, etc.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to complete projects and resolve issues expeditiously, independently and with minimal supervision; must be able to show initiative and good judgement
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, and lift or move heavy equipment
