Facilities Manager

Duties

  • Work with the operations team to ensure that the front desk area is inviting, clean and organized
  • Oversee all office facilities including outer offices
  • Support and assist with continued implementation of co-working and hybrid work policies across the firm
  • Gather, analyze and advise on space and cost metrics regarding office space
  • Partner with IT, executives and administrative staff to ensure conference rooms are set up adequately for meetings
  • Oversee the shared spaces in the office - cafeteria, office supplies/inventory, kitchen etc..
  • Manage supply ordering to maintain supplies in our kitchen
  • Assist with ordering weekly company lunches and food/beverage orders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a facilities or office management role at a corporate office with at least 250 employees.
  • Confident in managing a small team, while being a hands on contributor
  • Experience working with vendors
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and problem solve effectively
  • Work harmoniously with various internal stakeholders to achieve common goals
  • Event planning experience
  • Able to negotiate and work within budget constraints
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
