Facilities Manager

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Facilities Manager for a highly regarded client in the architecture and engineering industry. As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all facility-related activities, managing equipment and building systems, budgeting and planning, inventory, vendor management, and other management functions. Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of experience with facilities management, with an extensive knowledge in facilities systems. Requirements for the Facilities Manager:

• 4+ years of management experience in facilities services and production environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration or any similar field, preferred
• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, a plus!
• Hands-on experience with facilities systems, is required
• Background in architecture or engineering firm, an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Teams)
• Ability to work fully on-site in Fort Worth TX
• Ability to travel to multiple locations within Texas

Compensation for the Facilities Manager:

• Direct Hire
• Location: 100% on-site in Fort Worth TX
• Pay: $100-115K/year (Depending on experience)
