, Job Description
HSMC is currentlyseeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (Temporary). The duration of the position has not yet been determined.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide general maintenance for interior and exterior of all facilities and grounds
Completesand documents routine maintenance and inspections of all locations
Maintain inventory for most commonly used supplies and products
Works closely with the Director of Facilities to manage building maintenance and improvement projects
Order new or replacement office furniture and set up temporary offices when necessary
Travel to office locations across MA required with company truck provided
, Qualifications
Must have ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and to meet deadlines
Must have a high attention to detail, be extremely organized, able to multi-task and have very strong communication (verbal and written) skills
Ability to effectively interact successfully within a diverse employee population
3 years of building and maintenance experience preferred
Experience in repair of electrical, plumbing, heating systems, painting, tile, carpentry preferred
Previous experience in human services a plus
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a CORI check
