WHAT'S THIS JOB ALL ABOUT?

We are looking for a rock. It doesn’t have to be a pretty rock. Just a rock that is reliable, strong, and willing to hold up larger rocks to make a strong foundation. Willing to roll and shift to make room for other rocks. Actually, we are looking for a ROCK-STAR!! Is that you? This role is the very foundation of our Company. Attention to detail and the patience to go through each step of the production cycle like it’s the first time they have done it is key to success. This role shifts from one day to the next: One day it may be mixing, cleaning, sanitizing, assembling boxes, monitoring equipment etc., another day it might be rolling over to the warehouse to support the packaging team. We are actually looking for a ROCK AND ROLL STAR! (See what I did there?)

Responsibilities

We need a new Team Member to do all the things!

• Can you be Professional?
• Can you be Proactive?
• Do you like to be hands on and are you a quick learner?
• Can you pay attention to all the details?
• Do you have mechanical skills and are you able to fix something if it breaks?
• Are you able to stand for most shifts?
• Can you bend squat and lift 50 pounds?
  
  

Education:

• 2+ years in similar roles, such as facilities and property maintenance, or construction.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  
  

Nice to haves:

• Any relevant license(s) or certification(s).
• OTJ or life experience learning new rules and regulations, and skills related to upkeep and repair of machines, equipment and/or building parts.
• Groundskeeping or landscaping experience.
• Experience monitoring, replenishing supply and parts inventory.
• Experience learning and following OSHA, production, and other rules and regulations.
• Experience working successfully with minimal supervision.
• Ability to refer to manuals, blueprints and/or diagrams for repair and maintenance projects.
• Manufacturing experience on production lines.
• Experience in production of a liquid product is a plus.
