We are looking for a qualified Facilities Maintenance Technician, to oversee and perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks on our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our members and staff.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks on building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Lead and supervise maintenance team members in executing maintenance and repair activities, providing guidance and support as needed
Conduct detailed inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, and develop plans to address them effectively
Coordinate and oversee specialized repairs and maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades, in collaboration with external contractors and vendors
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of building systems and equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements
Uphold safety protocols and regulations in all maintenance activities, prioritizing the well-being of our members and staff
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in advanced maintenance and repair tasks
Strong knowledge and expertise in building systems and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Relevant certifications or licenses in building maintenance or related fields (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) preferred
