Facilities Lead

Facilities Lead – Infosys McCamish – Atlanta, GA

The Facilities Lead role is an integral member of the Infosys McCamish Facilities team with supervision responsibilities for team members in Atlanta, GA and Des Moines, IA. This role is based in Atlanta, GA and is an in-office position. You will be responsible for leading the team and interacting with various external bodies including auditors, building management, vendors and local authorities. You will provide support to the Company in accordance with Company policies, customer service level agreements (SLAs) and applicable legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Basic

• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years prior Facilities management experience
• 3 years prior team management experience
• Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in audits and leadership discussions

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration or similar degree (prior equivalent experience will also be considered)
• Experience using SharePoint
• Familiarity with general information security office practices and office personnel safety requirements

Duties

• Train and develop facilities staff
• Ensure that receptionist and mail services staff are conducting required responsibilities
• Serve as day-to-day resource for receptionist and mail services staff
• Work with company Risk Management and Operations teams on tasks required by the teams from the Facilities department
• Represent Infosys McCamish in internal and external audits in matters directly related to Facilities
• Work with vendors and building management on matters related to the office and building
• Assist with coordination of client and third party office visits
• Provide McCamish leadership with status of Facilities items
