Responsibilities include experienced mechanical engineering background with an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems, Pneumatic systems, Vacuum systems, DI Water systems, Plumbing systems, and Site Utilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Own system aspect of analytics & performance for maintenance and associated Go Green components such as HVAC, Chillers, Water Usage, Compressed Air, Boilers, and IWT chemical/waste systems.
Maintain Facilities Condition Assessment analysis with input to capital planning on mechanical infrastructure of key components and end of life equipment/systems.
Coordinate with engineering on new installations and equipment moves and partner with maintenance team for input to the various design review plans for infrastructure projects.
Partner with reliability team and maintenance on leveraging technology for preventive and predictive maintenance requirements.
Assist reliability team with root cause failure analysis events if they are mechanical in nature.
Field audits of mechanical equipment to ensure compliance.
Owner of emergency mechanical plans for maintenance (water, gas, boilers, etc.).
Provide input to engineering on mechanical specifications for HVAC equipment (manufacturer, WebCtrl configuration, valve needs, etc.) after obtaining feedback from maintenance team.
Responsible for commissioning new equipment along with verifying equipment IDs are properly maintained and documented.
Responsible for increasing reliability, determining the root cause of failure, developing corrective actions and monitoring for effectiveness.
Ability to manage outside A&E firms through project design process, overseeing design review at multiple stages of design.
