We are looking for a full-time Facilities Assistant for our luxury apartment communities in Champlin. Greco Properties is looking for a hardworking, efficient, detail oriented person to join our team. The perfect candidate notices the little things and takes action to make them right.
Minimum Responsibilities
Essential functions for ensuring buildings are in like-new condition and inviting.
Common area, hallway and stairwell painting
Upkeep of grounds
Amenity spaces upkeep and painting
Apartment turnover and guest suite painting
Maintain vacant apartments for leasing
Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday

Minimum Requirements
1 year of related experience
Due to the nature of our business, weekend, holiday, and/or evening hours may be required
Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
