Job Title: Facilitator Trainer

Place of Performance: The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria - 5011 Westheimer At, Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX 77056

Job Type:Part-time Position.

Schedule: July 23, 2024 – July 24, 2024 (2 days, 16 hours total)

Duties:

  • Conduct in-person facilitation skills training for up to 50 facilitators and trainers
  • Each training day (8 hours) will consist of 4 hours of learning and 4 hours of practical application
  • Provide training materials for participants
  • Teach participants how to recognize group dynamics and engage all behavioral styles within a group

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in facilitating group sessions or workshops
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of facilitation techniques and methodologies
