ABOUT THIS POSITION:

DIFF Charitable Eyewear is seeking a Growth Marketing Facebook Media Buyer. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution, and optimization of all campaigns across a variety of paid media channels. The successful candidates will have a passion for social media buying, and experience scaling campaigns across all major publishers (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok). OTHER STUFF YOU’LL GET TO DO: 

  • Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, hands-on media buying, daily optimization and reporting, across key digital marketing channels like Meta, Tiktok, Google and others
  • Own the media buying, execution and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple channels
  • Be a day trader! Optimize campaigns on a daily basis based on performance and ROAS targets and suggest creative changes when needed
  • Collaborate with the brand marketing to run paid white-listed campaigns for our vast network of influencers across Meta and Tiktok
  • Collaborate with Creative to produce top-performing ads and brainstorm new testing concepts
  • Maintain a campaign QA process to ensure accurate performance tracking and attribution within the channel
  • Identify campaign-level opportunities to improve or scale performance
  • Plan and manage allocated campaigns and their respective budgets, and implement new initiatives that exceed business KPIs
  • Communicate key findings to both the creative team and other channel managers to share insights that could lead to cross-functional optimization
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports to company leadership, verify data accuracy and provide analyses
  • Continually test and learn across audiences, bidding strategies, creative, and channel-specific tactics and report out material findings


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors’ degree in related area preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in paid social, digital marketing or related field
  • Google Analytics required; GA4 and Northbeam experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to manage day-to-day details
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational, communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Ability to establish and build effective working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
