WHAT MAKES A GREAT OPERATIONS MANAGER?

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain a fun and exciting environment everyday(we are a playground after all). The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with team of managers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Bar, restaurant or entertainment venue. Most importantly knows how to foster an environment of fun!

Responsibilities

• Coaching team to help be their best
• Support the team with tools and training needed to succeed
• Schedule team for their respective department
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
• Manage expenses for respective department

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Cash handling experience
• Comfort working with multiple groups
