Support administratively the food and beverage leadership team with planning and organizing special events, menu design and production, manage the reservation process for special occasions, communicate with members, resort, and public guests, respond to OpenTable reviews. Assist with the receipt of incoming deliveries and inventory execution.
Essential Functions
Tip Reporting for Food and Beverage Department
Capture critical details for reservations and special events
Organize holiday and special occasion reservations and seating
Create/design menu layouts and liaise with sales and marketing and printers
Adobe InDesign software proficiency
Jonas Club Point of Sale (POS) and Club Central proficiency
Answer and respond to incoming phone calls for the F&B Division, responding to restaurant reservations and in-room dining calls
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word & Excell)
Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.
Create inter and intra-departmental communications as directed by the VP Restaurants, Bars & Events
Code and process invoices in STAMPLI/Birchstreet.
Support the Food & Beverage Division, VP of Restaurants, Bars & Events, Executive Chef
Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
Minimum Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented.
Environmental factors may include indoor setting with overhead lighting and comfortable ventilation. May occasionally be called upon to work in all areas of the property, both inside and outside, possibly in inclement weather.
