Serve as the client's main point of contact for service and operational requests
Able to respond to client inquiries, such as cash distributions, tax reporting questions, account maintenance, transfers between accounts, and paperwork
Onboard new clients by coordinating account setup with internal and external investment, legal and operational contacts
Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio statements to clients
Maintain client list and internal documentation of client data
Coordinate, document and manage account openings, terminations, and transitions for both institutional accounts and pooled funds
Collaborate with portfolio managers, relationship managers, risk and compliance to develop new procedures as existing institutional accounts evolve
Serve as liaison between custodians and/or internal operations and middle office operations to resolve issues that arise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required
8-10 years' experience in the financial services industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Strong organizational and time management skills
