EXPORT DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST for a paper and forest product trading company.

Company specializes in moving high volumes of materials continuously and in any market. With a North American warehousing network and vertical market integration, we are able to provide unmatched quality of service.

Role Description

The Export Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for managing and creating export documentation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of documents. The coordinator will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Export Documentation, Documentation, and Document Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus

Paper & Forest Product Trading company. Roughly 50 employees globally. 3 locations in US (Wisconsin, Chicago, & NJ) they share other warehouses around the Country.
