Summary
Your Role in Our Mission:
As an experienced Solutions Architect, you'll play a vital role in our mission by:
Providing expert insight into account domains and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of account landscapes.
Focusing on technological advancements and offering recommendations on potential threats and risks.
Implementing technical processes to deploy solutions and DevOps pipelines efficiently.
Managing and delivering projects effectively.
Contributing to change advisory and architecture review boards.
Offering consultation on non-routine problems and participating in escalation calls.
Engaging with clients when necessary, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Conducting technical research, testing, and documentation to enhance hosting and configuration methodologies.
Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the inclusion of required features and modifications in relevant releases.
Working with third-party vendors to integrate applications into our products, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Providing high-level analysis and design reviews to streamline application problem-solving efforts.
Developing architectural requirements in collaboration with product development teams and senior designers to ensure client satisfaction.
Facilitating effective communication between customers, support personnel, application developers, and management.
Experience And Qualifications
8+ years of experience in application architecture or product development.
Proficiency in architecture framework methodologies, particularly TOGAF.
Experience in healthcare or government health and human services sectors.
Technical expertise in Batch processing, UI/UX, Linux, and Oracle environments.
Familiarity with Erwin Data Modeler.
