Responsibilities
Aim to achieve 30-50 successful closings annually, meeting sales goals
Collaborate with clients to identify properties that match their expectations, enhancing sales opportunities
Guide clients in selecting mortgage options that align with their needs and budgets, ensuring smooth transactions
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure mutual satisfaction throughout the transaction process
Continuously expand your network and prospect for new clients to drive sales growth
Support and learn from fellow team-oriented agents to establish a successful, long-term career in real estate
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Advocate for your clients' needs and preferences with dedication
Knowledgeable about local real estate trends and markets
Demonstrate persistence and resilience in overcoming challenges
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
Prior customer service experience preferred
