JSL Building Restoration Group Inc. is a leader in the building restoration market focusing on all façade and masonry restoration work on commercial, historic, government and hi-rise buildings. We are looking for an experienced professional who works well with a team.
Responsibilities On Site
Management and oversight of overall day-day project operations while providing leadership to entire project team and JSL personnel on site.
Oversee field operations on multiple sites when necessary.
Manage Quality Control on site.
Administrative Responsibilities
Review all subcontractors contracts, pay applications, change orders and schedules.
Maintain accurate and current job costing throughout project.
Qualifications And Experience
Significant field experience in taking projects from initial planning to close-out.
Strong work ethic and desire to work with the team to build the company.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, E-Builder, ProCore or similar software.
Experience in reading, understanding and communicating to others, all drawings, specifications, schedules, and other contract documents.
Have a valid Driver’s license.
