Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Wealth Advisor for a full-time remote position. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including client data collection, financial software management, client communication, analysis, and other paraplanner duties
Job Responsibilities
Client Data Collection: Gather and organize relevant client information, including financial statements, investment portfolios, and personal financial goals. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client data for use in financial planning processes. Financial Planning Software Management: Utilize financial planning software to input and manage client data. Update and maintain client profiles within the software platform. Generate reports and analyses as needed to support client meetings and presentations. Client Communication and Follow-Up: Communicate with clients to request necessary documents, schedule meetings, and provide updates on the status of their financial plans. Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless client interactions and service delivery. Analysis and Reporting: Assist Wealth Advisors in conducting financial analyses and scenario modeling. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for client meetings, incorporating data and insights to support financial recommendations. Collaborate with team members to review and refine financial plans based on client objectives and changing market conditions. Paraplanner Duties: Perform various administrative tasks in support of the Wealth Advisor Team, such as document management, scheduling, and file organization. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the advisory firm.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. 1 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a similar client-facing role. Series 65 or Series 66 license. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Knowledge of investment solutions, financial planning strategies, advisory back office operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using investment software/planning programs.
