The EVP of Sales is responsible for driving business through the sales of Utilities, C&I (Commercial and Industrial) and Residential photovoltaic (PV) modules in the US as well as building out other solar offerings for our members. Targeting the Utility Scale, Community and C&I market, this position develops sales pipelines to generate and increase PV module sales and other product offerings in the US Region. This position will lead all sales and sales strategy for ENERSOURCE and be a key player in the growth of this company.


This is a remote position with regular travel expected to interact with members, attend conferences, and visiting HQ in Pensacola, FL.


Responsibilities


  1. Leveraging network to attract members to join ENERSOURCE and utilize ENERSOURCE’s special pricing, terms and products
  2. Develop go-to-market strategies to approach new developers, owners, and EPC’s and execute on them
  3. Be strategic and entrepreneur minded to scale ENERSOURCE from startup to national brand
  4. Ability to foster a culture that values collaboration, transparency, and timely execution.
  5. Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  6. Understand and deliver on RFP opportunities and build out sales pipeline and targets
  7. Perform executive presentations, negotiations, and contractual reviews
  8. Conduct deep analysis and comprehend current market dynamics and needs


Preferred Qualifications


  1. Minimum 3 years of sales leadership or business development experience in solar-related industry, preferably at the community and/or utility scale solar
  2. Ability to develop PV business and other solar products with utility and commercial developers and owners.
  3. Creative drive for entrepreneurial opportunities and the flexibility to work with various types of customers
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as attention to detail
  5. Ability to structure, negotiate, grow, and complete multimillion-dollar account relationships
  6. High degree of professionalism and conduct at all times


Compensation: Lucrative commission structure and equity potential will be offered to the right candidate
