What You'll Do

As the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Marketing at Doceree, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative B2B marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. This leadership role involves building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, deploying advanced marketing technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive superior business results. Your strategic vision and expertise will be crucial in optimizing marketing performance and ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives in the AdTech space.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across all marketing disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in AdTech.
  • Secure and deploy advanced marketing technologies to enhance efficiencies and drive superior results in B2B marketing.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, operations, finance, and product leaders, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns tailored for the healthcare and pharma industries, ensuring they are innovative and results-oriented.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure, optimize, and report on marketing performance, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and support the company’s growth objectives.



Who You Are

  • Marketing leader with 15+ years of experience, specializing in B2B marketing, AdTech, and the healthcare/pharma industries.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across all marketing disciplines.
  • Strong expertise in securing and deploying marketing technologies to drive efficiencies in B2B and AdTech environments.
  • Exceptional ability to deliver superior results through collaboration with customers, sales, operations, finance, and product leaders.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
