Executive Vice President Construction

I am currently working alongside a top ENR, 100% Employee Owned GC. They are looking for their second in command for their NYC office, where they are already one of the largest players in the sector and continuing to grow. They are looking for individuals who can introduce new standards and procedures to take their operations to the next level. You would lead the Construction Operations of this companies portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction operations program of their entire NYC and NJ office.
• Drive work across the business, ensuring there is collaboration across all parts of the organization.
• Identifying, developing, growing, and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Leading BIM, VDC, Scheduling, Pre-Con, Operations, Data Analytics and the Director of field Ops will also report to you.
• Establish project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion.
• Implement standards, procedures and ways of working.
• Create & build relationships that enhance the company’s ability to be the leader in NYC.
• Drive the growth and success of their construction division, with full autonomy to build out the division as you see fit.
• Report directly into the Head of NY and have regular meeting to discuss strategies and plans for moving forward.

Profile

• Construction Management, having worked your way up through the operations at other GC's.
• Twenty or more years of experience with delivery of large and complex construction projects.
• Five or more years of experience with management of entire projects or multiple simultaneously.
• Ten or more years of professional experience leading teams.
• Vast Experience of working in NY.
