Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for performing recruiting, and project support related to the executive talent acquisition process, and providing overall support to the talent acquisition organization.
  • This position develops and implements a strategic talent sourcing strategy for executive positions.
  • Manages and cultivates relationships with internal and external partners to build strong talent networks to attract and hire key senior level and clinical talent.

Essential Job Functions

  • Manages and cultivates relationships with internal and external partners to build strong talent networks to attract and hire key senior level and clinical talent.
  • Researches, identifies, and develops relationships with prospective leadership candidates for active searches using targeted and passive outreach, industry networking and external sources.
  • Performs candidate sourcing and external research, and recommends candidates, organizational structure changes, and future state recruiting solutions to executive recruiting team as well as executive leaders across the company.
  • Owns document management and SharePoint site, spot-checking and testing the quality of our system as our processes mature.
  • Partners with executive recruiting team to refine and improve processes on continuous basis.
  • Ensures consistent and pertinent updates are channeled through our capacity tracker.
  • Aligns data for our bi-annual report on executive trends, hiring notes, and analysis of market/competitive intelligence.
  • Provides recommendations to leadership team on process improvements or hiring trends based on data tracking and familiarity with internal and external hiring practices.
  • Manages assigned research efforts to inform and influence executive recruiting decisions.
  • Identifies and evaluates qualified candidates for open positions and conducts initial phone screens prior to sending to hiring manager for consideration.
  • Utilizes sourcing techniques to drive active and passive candidate flows and fill vacancies.
  • Assesses candidates against specific functional requirements, leadership and communication styles through career history, behavioral and competency-based interviewing.
  • Provides support to executive talent acquisition to schedule candidate interviews, create and manage job postings, perform candidate sourcing, request background investigations, completed required forms, and provide follow-up support as needed.
  • Enhances the executive experience during onboarding through executive desktop support, and proper introduction to the executive assistant for new hires.
  • Creates executive interview debrief packages for executive leadership.
  • Assists with executive market mapping initiatives.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment.
  • Previous recruiting experience required.

Physical Actions

  • This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
  • Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance.
  • Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
  • Visually verifies and reads information.
  • Visually locates material, resources and other objects.
  • Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.

  • Albany County: $65,760 - $90,420
  • WA Only: $67,725 - $110,000
