The Opportunity:

As we aim to scale new heights and broaden our impact, we're searching for an Executive Producer & Operations Manager to spearhead the growth of our YouTube channel. This pivotal role combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and a flair for content that resonates with our audience. You'll be the architect of our expansion, working closely with the founder to transform our platform into the largest and most influential crypto-focused channel globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Create the vision for the YouTube channel, develop and implement strategies to scale viewership, enhance engagement, and solidify our position as the leading voice in the crypto media space.

  • Content Oversight: Collaborate with content creators to ensure a consistent, high-quality content pipeline that aligns with our brand's voice and audience's interests.

  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, manage, and mentor a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Partnership & Deal Negotiation: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships and sponsorships, maximizing value for our brand while ensuring alignment with our ethos and objectives.

  • Financial Management & Growth: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation strategies to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Analytics & Performance Optimization: Utilize data analytics to inform content and growth strategies, continuously iterating to capture trends and opportunities in the fast-evolving crypto market.

Essential Experience and Skills
  • Management and Operations Expertise: Proven track record in digital media production, operations management, and team leadership. Ability to make swift and effective decisions to drive progress.

  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to develop and execute growth strategies in dynamic and competitive environments.

  • Content Savviness: Strong understanding of digital content creation, distribution, and monetization, with an eye for captivating the crypto audience.

  • Negotiation and Partnership Skills: Expertise in negotiating deals and managing partnerships.

  • Leadership: Inspiring leadership style, capable of building and steering a high-performing team towards ambitious goals. Excellent communication skills to ensure clarity and motivate the team effectively.

  • Passion and Experience in Crypto: Genuine interest in and knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the Web 3 ecosystem.
