Brief Description

As the Executive Producer, you will oversee and lead the Physical Production team at Moore Media, ensuring top-notch quality in every production delivered by both staff and freelancers. They will work closely with other departments within Moore Media to optimize the success of all productions.

Your Impact:

  • Manage, mentor, and train the production team in all aspects of production, ensuring they understand expectations and responsibilities to meet the needs of the company.
  • Work with Producers and Production Management team to oversee all elements of production (develop budgets, hire crews, secure location for filming, acquire permits, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to review concepts, scripts, and needs for filming.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage production workloads, timelines, and budgets.
  • Interact cross functionally with Moore divisions and clients throughout the production process and support Production Managers and Producers when needed.
  • Seek to find ways to work with a wide group of vendors and build out a list of excellent vendors who align with our values and mission.


Your Profile:

  • 10+ years video production experience and 5+ years management experience.
  • Effective leadership and communication style working across teams, executive leadership, other departments at Moore and our clients.
  • Ability to commute to the Tulsa office, minimum 4 days per week, with the ability to occasionally come to the office and manage unexpected production challenges.
  • Ability to travel to be on set nationally and internationally, as needed.
  • Ability to work on set in a hospital environment and provide proof of Covid vaccination, which is a requirement of all hospital locations.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, planning production logistics in advance, staying on budget, and delivering on time.
