Executive Personal Assistant- NYC

Our client is searching for an Executive Personal Assistant to support him in his professional and personal life. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This position will be hybrid, with a mix of working from your residence and working out of the principal office and home.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as gatekeeper to the principal by maintaining relationships and communication with all internal and external employees and clients.
  • Handle complex scheduling, including professional and personal appointments.
  • Facilitate the principal's move
  • Researching and coordinating vendors.
  • Handle personal duties including, personal shopping, handling dry cleaning, and coordinating personal deliveries.
  • Performing personal errands for the executive as required.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and strong work ethic
  • Excellent verifiable references
  • 24/7 mentality
  • Must be comfortable with occasional travel
