Executives will work closely with Tremont Growth Partners to:

-         Develop investment thesis ideas

-         Originate new investment opportunities

-         Evaluate companies

-         Collaborate in due diligence and value creating planning

-         Lead the new platform as future CEO or interim CEO or drive strategic direction as board member


Ideal experience:

-         10+ years in leadership positions at food manufacturing companies

-         Demonstrated success in leading growth, transformation, and operational improvements

-         Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus


Tremont Growth Partners is a private investment firm that acquires stable, growth-oriented companies. Investment criteria: EBITDA of $2.5 to $7.5 million, transaction value of up to $50 million, US headquarters, and private ownership.
