Executive Medical Director

SciPro has partnered with a clinical-stage genetic medicine company dedicated to pioneering treatments for CNS disorders. They are actively growing their clinical team and are seeking a Senior Medical Director to oversee the Clinical Development strategy and responsibilities for their phase 1/2 study. The Senior Medical Director will also be responsible for designing future studies as well as the clinical development strategy for next-generation therapies in the Company’s pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical development and strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with external experts and advisors.
• Lead the creation and updates of clinical protocols.
• Oversee the start, execution, and analysis of clinical trials.
• Provide clinical support for trials as needed, review trial data with the team, manage patient safety reports, and help with final analysis and reports.
• Present clinical strategy and trial data to management and other audiences.
• Participate in regulatory interactions, help prepare documents, and attend meetings with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD with over 10 years of direct clinical experience.
• Prior experience working in CNS and gene therapy will also be favored
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and relationship management across various functions and with external stakeholders.
