Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our team and provide Energy Industry (Oil, Gas, Power, and Utilities) sector-related Management and Operations Solutions for the United States Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO). This is a contract position with potential for conversion to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level management and direction on client projects
  • Define project strategy, objectives, scope, and deliverables
  • Offer executive-level leadership in strategic planning and execution
  • Oversee key business processes and manage project resources
  • Conduct management and technical reviews
  • Provide industry insight and issue resolution
  • Ensure overall quality assurance
  • Deliver presentations and lead strategic client meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consulting, managing, and executing multi-project programs
  • Strong understanding of the energy industry and extensive consulting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle demanding assignments
  • Technical and management expertise in relevant analytical disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines
