Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to join our team and provide Energy Industry (Oil, Gas, Power, and Utilities) sector-related Management and Operations Solutions for the United States Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Programs Office (LPO). This is a contract position with potential for conversion to full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide senior-level management and direction on client projects
Define project strategy, objectives, scope, and deliverables
Offer executive-level leadership in strategic planning and execution
Oversee key business processes and manage project resources
Conduct management and technical reviews
Provide industry insight and issue resolution
Ensure overall quality assurance
Deliver presentations and lead strategic client meetings
Qualifications
Proven experience in consulting, managing, and executing multi-project programs
Strong understanding of the energy industry and extensive consulting skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle demanding assignments
Technical and management expertise in relevant analytical disciplines
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines
