EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SOUTHERN COOS FOUNDATION

Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center (SCHHC) is a Critical Access Hospital in Bandon Oregon. Our mission is "Quality healthcare with a personal touch". We are searching for an Executive Director to lead our Southern Coos Health Foundation. Do you have the drive to help manage and lead the Foundation?

SCHHC has an opening for an onsite Executive Director for the Southern Coos Health Foundation. The Director will be the key management leader responsible for overseeing the organization's administration, programs, events, and strategic plan. To include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor���s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of nonprofit management experience.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and resource development.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation, analysis, decision-making, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and cultures.
• Experience with public relations and marketing strategies.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and online software.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors is preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations affecting nonprofits is preferred.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution of fundraising in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  
  

This is a Full-Time onsite position that is eligible for benefits. * SCHHC pays the full employee-only amount for Health, Dental, Vision, and Basic Life & AD&D insurance. *
