PHILLIPS Programs is recruiting an Executive Director of Programs to join our mission for the 2024-2025 school year.
What The Executive Director Of Programs Does
The Executive Director of Programs will be responsible for planning, budgeting, supervision, financial management, contract management, and evaluation activities within all programs. This role directs program performance and development to ensure quality services and future growth.
Duties
Program Direction/Operations: Develop and implement organizational outcomes, measurement/program evaluation programs, and continual quality improvement processes. Create and maintain consistent educational/clinical culture across the organization through policies, procedures, and roll-out plans.
Supervision: Hire, supervise, and ensure performance of Program Directors. Develop day-to-day leadership of the Program Directors team and hold oversight of staff utilization and professional staff development within programs.
Fiscal Management: Advocate for resources to enable program development, growth, and investment to meet strategic growth goals.
Strategic Planning/Direction/Management: Develop, implement, and report annual program plans guided in part by PHILLIPS strategic plan and organizational goals. Set, monitor, and evaluate long and short-term objectives with Program Directors.
Other Responsibilities: Participate on Directors Committee and special projects as needed. Lead in associations, committees, and workgroups that advance PHILLIPS mission and contribute to the betterment of services for children and families. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Master’s degree in a Special Education field
10+ years as a school administrator/leadership, preferably in special education specifically with behavioral health wellness needs population
10+ years supervisory experience
Developed/managed professional development for educators
Self-directed, energetic, possesses the highest professional demeanor, problem solver
