Executive Director of Client Services

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Team Leadership:

• Develop and lead distributed Client Service and Delivery teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with company values.

Client Services:

• Build strong client relationships, represent the company’s brand, and provide thought leadership.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring their needs are met.

Delivery:

• Advocate for Agile delivery and team dynamics.
• Lead the delivery team, ensuring professional growth, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on client pitches and proposals, promoting the company’s methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in setting strategic direction and overall company vision.
• Must have experience working within an agency setting.
• Proven success in leading teams to deliver Agile projects and develop client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify new opportunities and achieve commercial objectives.
