Executive Director, Customer Experience

Whitney Place Assisted Living at Westborough is seeking an Executive Director, Customer Experience to play a pivotal role in enhancing the wellbeing and happiness of our residents by ensuring they have a consistently positive and enriching experience as they age in place. This position requires a deep understanding of the full continuum of care and the ability to optimize the resident experience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient care, admissions, and discharges to ensure a seamless experience for residents.
  • Maintain robust community relations and oversee the facility's physical plant.
  • Engage in research and planning to continuously improve care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and administer the organizational plan, including establishing necessary reporting systems and coordinating department head meetings.
  • Collaborate with medical staff on administrative matters and quality of care, ensuring alignment with our mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Uphold excellent employee relations and manage the hiring and firing processes, with final approval for key positions like the Resident Care Director and department heads.
  • Stay informed of all regulatory changes at local, state, and federal levels that affect assisted living operations.
  • Contribute to and participate in key committees such as Utilization Review, Infection Control, and Pharmacy, and attend Multidisciplinary meetings regularly.

Minimum Requirements

  • Eligibility for licensure as a nursing home administrator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent physical and mental health.
  • A responsible, motivated individual committed to providing high-quality long-term care.
