Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Executive Director to lead their community. The Executive Director is the driving force behind the community's success, responsible for overall leadership, management, and operations. This role demands a leader who is adept in financial management, team development, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Oversee the community's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Team Leadership: Hire, supervise, and train a high-performing team committed to our values and high standards of care.

- Resident Well-being: Ensure the highest quality of care and services for our residents, enhancing their quality of life.

- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

- Sales and Marketing Ownership: Lead the Sales and Marketing process to maximize revenue and strengthen our market position.

- Community Atmosphere: Cultivate a positive environment for residents, their families, and staff, aligning with our mission and values.

Qualifications:

- Proven leadership experience in a senior living, healthcare, or related field.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.

- A passion for serving the senior community.
