My client is looking for an experienced operations leader to lead an upscale luxury senior living community in the DC metro. This individual can possess a background in senior living or luxury hospitality and will relo for the right candidate.
This individual will administer, direct and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the campus to ensure programs and services meet the needs of the Residents. The executive director is responsible for upholding the standards of care and services and instilling a culture of hospitality for team members.
Responsibilities
Annually create a strategic organizational plan and overall budget
Maintain a climate that attracts and retains a talented and diverse staff
Create and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations to facilitate success of organization's financial future
Prepare agendas, reports, and materials for board meetings
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience in hospitality or senior living. Minimum of five years of experience in management role.
Proven success growing a business.
Experience in large-scale program development.
Bachelor's degree required.
