Who we are

About Stripe

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About The Team

The Global Executive Marketing team creates experiences for the executive audience that build advocacy and trust, strengthen relationships, and generate revenue. We understand the executive audience and create content and experiences to programmatically reach them, ultimately helping Stripe attract, grow, and retain our most strategic users. The team is composed of three functional groups—Executive Briefings, Executive Programs, and Executive Content—that work together to help users learn more about Stripe and discover new areas for collaboration.

What you’ll do

As a member of the Executive Content team, you will oversee the production and knowledge management of content, develop a speaker bureau, and manage demo creation and physical installations that fuel Stripe’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program. You will work in partnership with the Executive Briefing Center team and several cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Product, Design, Communications, Solution Architects, and more) to guide the development and management of Stripe’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC) content strategy and speaker program. You will manage a repository of content that is leveraged to educate and inspire existing and prospective customers and position Stripe as the leading partner for financial infrastructure. You are a masterful program manager—your obsession over the details, ability to translate ambiguity into clear processes, and constant desire to learn and optimize will ensure we are building and presenting the most compelling product roadmap and thought leadership content to scale across over 100 executive briefings every year.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production, maintenance, and measurement of a modular library of product roadmap and thought leadership content leveraged for executive-facing meetings in Stripe’s global briefing centers
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to source and maintain the most up-to-date visual content and discussion guides that demonstrate Stripe’s solutions and showcase compelling narratives to executive buyers
  • Develop a framework for organizing and storing content in a searchable and easy-to-consume system for internal stakeholders
  • Manage design agency partners and oversee content development, including intake processes, review/approval cycles, and workload prioritization
  • Work with agencies, solution architects, and product marketing to project manage the development of demo and visual storytelling content in physical briefing centers around the world
  • Develop and manage a speakers bureau to identify, track and train presenters and discussion leaders aligned to specific content and areas of expertise
  • Define tracking and performance methodologies to measure content utilization and effectiveness
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing that elevates expertise, training, and the voice of our users
  • Drive content cohesiveness by ensuring consistent branding and executive content editorial standards are enforced across all content

Hybrid work at Stripe

This role is available either in an office or a remote location (typically, 35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office).

Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.

Pay and benefits

The annual US base salary range for this role is $150,100 - $225,100. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.

Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
