Position Title: Executive Consultant/Program Manager

Location: Remote

  • Acts as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative for issues or projects requiring a designated team lead, as outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Provides expert consultation on policy development, administrative rulemaking, compliance, enforcement activities, and coordination efforts within and between agencies. Leads outreach initiatives to stakeholders, media relations, and special projects aimed at maximizing impact in these areas.
  • Assists the Director in building support for organizational mission activities, program objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Offers guidance to senior policy officials across various departments on mission-related activities and policies. Collaborates with leadership to identify synergies and ensure alignment of office mission with day-to-day operations.
  • Conducts outreach activities as specified in section C.4.4.A, as required and directed by the leadership.
  • Supervises contractor staff when assigned and performs mission support tasks outlined in labor categories C.4.1.A – C.4.6.F.

Education: Minimum requirement is a law degree (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, plus four years of specialized experience in a relevant field.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may qualify for this position. Experience must be equivalent to four years specialized experience at the GS-15 or SES level in the Federal Government.
