Your Daily Pursuit

As the Executive Chef, you will be an integral part of our mission to create unforgettable experiences for our guests while upholding our values of excellence, sustainability, and respect for the natural environment. Your role will be to orchestrate a seamless culinary operation, ensuring that every dish served reflects the essence of our remote island setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision
  • Craft menus that celebrate the local flavors, cater to dietary preferences, and align with the island experience
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment for your team
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent leadership role
  • Proven track record in managing high-volume kitchens across diverse restaurant settings
  • Excellent supervisory and team management skills
  • Experience working in a seasonal environment (desirable)
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and ServSafe Manager certifications
  • Training in Alcohol Professionals (TAPS) program
