Executive Chef Qualifications
3-5 years in an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef role
Be able to effectively manage COGS and labor
High-volume production and catering/banquet experience required
Diverse experience with different cuisines and menu planning
Strong leadership and team-building skills
