Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated and strategic leaders to join our Executive Board of Directors at Dental Access Aid. As an Executive Board Member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring effective governance, and fostering partnerships that advance our mission of bridging the gap in dental care accessibility. The ideal candidates will have a passion for social impact, significant experience in non-profit leadership, and a commitment to driving organizational growth and sustainability. This is a volunteer position.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to drive the strategic direction and growth of Dental Access Aid.
Operational Oversight: Actively participate in the day-to-day management of the organization, implementing board strategies and policies.
Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with dental professionals, healthcare organizations, and philanthropic entities to expand our reach and impact.
Fundraising Leadership: Support and lead fundraising efforts to secure financial resources necessary for program expansion and sustainability.
Program Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of programs and initiatives aimed at empowering underserved individuals to access dental care.
Governance: Collaborate with fellow Board Members to ensure effective governance and stewardship of organizational resources.
Advocacy and Representation: Represent Dental Access Aid in public forums, conferences, and media engagements to raise awareness about our mission and impact.
Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
